Tiffany Hinds BSN, RN, CLNC is the founder and CEO of Precision Healthcare LLC. She is the lead consultant with extensive years of experience in skilled nursing facilities, specifically long-term care. Holding different positions within various multi- faceted facilities has enabled her to leverage her clinical experience and knowledge to quickly identify medical and nursing issues that can often go unnoticed.
She has worked as a Nurse Manager of sub-acute units, Director of Wound Care, Risk Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing and an Infusion Nurse, which all strengthen her previous position as Director of Nursing. In her capacity as Director of Nursing, the facilities under her charge, surpassed expectations with annual department of health surveys, resulting in the facilities being found deficiency free. She has audited a variety of top nursing home concerns, pioneered multiple projects according to regulatory compliance, written and revised policies and procedures, spearheaded leadership/staff trainings, and successfully implemented programs and committees.
She is a published author, having written a book with other legal nurse consultants with various clinical backgrounds.
